An easy and keto-friendly french toast recipe that tastes just as great.
I tried this french toast recipe using the low-carb bread Sola, and can you say yummy?! My husband ate every last bit of it 🤣.

Combine egg, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon Stevia in a bowl and whisk.
Dip the sliced Sola bread in the egg mixture, and coat both sides.
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, add bread cook on each side for 60 seconds until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sugar free pancake syrup.
